"Good selection and reliable stock"
I’ve noticed they usually have a solid range of options, and most of the time the things I’m looking for are actually in stock. It makes it easy to compare a few choices and pick what fits best without overthinking it.

"Reliable enough so far"
I've ordered from them twice now, and both times it showed up on the day they said it would. The tracking was decent too, not perfect or anything, but... yeah, it worked well enough. Not the fastest shipping ever, but if it keeps arriving when expected, I'm good with that.

"Decent products, but canceling was a hassle"
I only meant to order once, but somehow I ended up stuck with a subscription I didn’t really want. All I was trying to do was cancel, which feels like a basic request, but it wasn’t clear at all and I had to click around way too much. Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than it should have. The products themselves are fine, but the subscription setup is frustrating

I signed up mainly for the loyalty rewards, which seemed like a decent perk on paper. But when I got to checkout, the points wouldn’t apply, so that was fun. I reached out to support and got a few vague replies that sounded polite enough, just not actually helpful. Still couldn’t use the points in the end, so the whole rewards thing feels pointless

"Decent, but I expected a bit more"
The ingredients look decent overall, but some of the blends feel a little basic for the price. It’s not bad by any means, I just expected about a cleaner label for what it costs.

"Surprisingly Good First Try"
I tried heynutrition for the first time and, i was kind of surprised. I don’t know why I expected it to be either way too sweet or a bit gritty, but it’s actually nice. The taste is good, the texture is smooth, and there aren’t any weird little bits floating around, which is always a relief. It mixes fine too, which I only noticed after making it and then getting distracted for a minute. Anyway, I’d definitely buy it again.

Returning my order was way more of a hassle than I expected, no question. I had to follow up a couple of times, and the refund took what felt like forever to finally show up. To be fair, they did eventually reply and get it sorted, but it absolutely wasn’t a smooth process. Not a total disaster, but definitely frustrating.

"Nice to actually get proper order updates"
After I placed my order, I got clear tracking emails and could easily see where my parcel was the whole time. It turned up when they said it would, and I didn’t have to chase anyone, which shouldn’t feel as rare as it does. Simple process and I’m happy with it.

"Arrived in better shape than I expected"
I ordered from heynutrition.com and wasn’t sure what to expect with shipping, but everything showed up really nicely. The box was clean with no dents, and the bottles were wrapped well. Nothing leaked or looked damaged at all, so I was happy with the whole thing

I’ve ordered from here and the products themselves seem fine, so I don’t really have any complaints about the quality. My main thing is that after using them, I expected a little more for the price. The deals do help when they’re available, but compared to a few other places I’ve tried, it still feels a bit expensive. Overall, not bad at all — just more of an average value for me...
